Smoking Laws
|
Amendments to the Smoke-free Environment Act were made in December 2004 and included several transitional phases in the lead up to a total ban on smoking in indoor licensed venues by July 2nd 2007. What this means Where you can and can’t smoke at the Coogee Bay
Hotel. Outside: If a patron leaves
an area of the Hotel to go outside and smoke, they must not take any food or
drink with them. The patron has an obligation to ensure that the noise level
whilst on the footpath is kept to a minimum and that cigarette butts are
disposed of in the rubbish bin. All other areas of the hotel are smoke-free. Click here to download the Coogee Bay Hotel Smoking Laws pamphlet (pdf) |
