Inspired by its home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish.
Dark purple with bluish glints, this superb Malbec offers vibrant aromas of cherries, ripe plums, blackberries and truffles. Unctuous in the mouth with notes of plum and sweet cherry, with a touch of chocolate and cinnamon from oak ageing, leading into a long lingering finish with velvety tannins.
American style pale ale with a bright ruby appearance. Hop-driven aromas of citrus, pine and grapefruit overlay a mouthfeel of rounded malty flavours, setting up for a tight and bitter finish.
Probably the more popular of the Chimay range and undoubtedly high quality. Rich dark fruits, roasted, toffee malt and underlying creaminess. Good balanced carbonation and way to easy to sip all night!
A psychedelic conglomeration of the holiest of ingredients including additions of mind-altering amounts of new world hops; resulting in aromatic reverberations of citrus, peach, passionfruit and pine. All followed by an unstinting mal body and bitterness. 6% ABV.
The malt in this IIPA provides the complex spectrum of sugars for fermentation as well as the main structure and body of the beer. The hops contribute bitterness to balance the malt sweetness as well as resinous piney flavours and juicy fruity-citrusy aromas. The fermentation provides us with a big hit of fun juice (ethanol) and the vast array of incredibly important characterful aroma and flavour compounds.
The original. This Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. Steeping 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in a little German copper still. It is an easy drinking gin – delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.
